About Us

Built on Experience
You Can't Fake.

Aviation precision. Design discipline.

Real-world ownership.

Everything we do is grounded in experience.

Founded By

Amanda and
Roger Battistoni

MultiCorp Marine is led by Amanda and Roger Battistoni, combining decades of experience across aviation, design, construction, and real-world boat ownership. Their perspective was shaped long before the brokerage process begins — through years of buying, operating, maintaining, improving, and living with complex assets.

That background gives MultiCorp a different point of view. The goal is not simply to help someone buy or sell a boat, but to help them make the right decision for how they actually plan to use it, own it, maintain it, and eventually move on from it.

The Experience Behind MultiCorp

A Different Foundation for Yacht Ownership

Our approach is shaped by four areas of firsthand experience that influence how we evaluate boats, advise clients, and support ownership long after the sale.

01
Private aircraft on runway

Our Foundation

Before entering the marine space, we spent over 25 years operating MultiCorp Aviation — acquiring aircraft, managing missions, and optimizing assets with precision and discipline.

Every aircraft decision required buying correctly, managing improvements, controlling capital, and positioning the owner for the next move.

That same model defines everything we do today.

Aviation Discipline

With over 30 years as a professional pilot, including serving as a Check Airman and Training Captain, our background is built on precision and accountability.

This means training pilots, evaluating systems, understanding performance, and taking delivery of aircraft directly from maintenance and factory environments.

At that level, there is no room for guesswork.

Real Ownership Experience

Our experience with boats is not limited — and it is not theoretical. We have owned everything from 10-foot tenders to 100-foot expedition yachts, and everything in between.

From routine maintenance to refits, navigation upgrades, mechanical systems, plumbing, AC, electrical work, fiberglass, finish work, and interior builds, we understand the details owners actually face.

Because we have lived it.

Why We Built MultiCorp

We built MultiCorp to change the ownership experience — not just by selling boats, but by helping clients think clearly about the entire life cycle of ownership.

Our recommendations are grounded in real systems knowledge, practical use, long-term value, and the realities that show up after closing.

Not inventory. Not pressure. Just what is right for you.

The Owners Behind the Experience

Built on Experience. Proven Through Ownership.

Amanda and Roger’s perspective comes from decades of aviation leadership, personal boat ownership, and hands-on involvement in major vessel refits.

Ownership Perspective

Experience That Changes the Conversation.

Our perspective was not developed from the sidelines. It was shaped through decades of leadership, hands-on ownership, major vessel projects, and responsibility for operating complex assets.

An owner’s mindset at every step.

We know the questions to ask because we have had to answer them ourselves.

For more than 25 years, our professional foundation has been rooted in aviation — an industry where precision, preparation, accountability, and operational excellence are not optional. Every decision must be carefully considered, every system must be understood, and every detail matters.

That experience created a disciplined approach to planning, problem-solving, communication, and customer service that now guides everything we do for our boating clients. But professional experience is only part of the story.

Over the years, we have personally owned and operated 17 boats across multiple categories and sizes. We understand the excitement of finding the right vessel, but we also understand the questions, responsibilities, expenses, and unexpected challenges that come after the purchase.

From routine maintenance and operating costs to upgrades, troubleshooting, storage, insurance, and long-term planning, we have lived through the decisions that define the ownership experience.

That firsthand knowledge has been strengthened through the completion of six major vessel refits. Each project required careful planning, budgeting, contractor coordination, equipment selection, quality control, scheduling, and ongoing decision-making.

We have worked through the realities of modernizing vessel systems, improving functionality, resolving hidden issues, and balancing ambitious goals with practical budgets.

Those experiences allow us to look beyond surface-level presentation and help clients evaluate the complete picture. We understand how vessel systems work together, how maintenance history can affect future ownership, where refit costs can escalate, and which improvements are likely to add meaningful value.

Our role is not simply to help someone buy or sell a boat. It is to help them make a well-informed decision and enter ownership with realistic expectations, a thoughtful plan, and confidence in the path ahead.

Experience Behind Every Recommendation

Practical Knowledge Built Over Decades

Aviation Leadership

Decades in a highly regulated, detail-driven industry shaped our standards for preparation, accountability, communication, safety, and service.

Firsthand Boat Ownership

Seventeen personally owned boats give us a broad understanding of how different vessels perform, age, and fit different ownership goals.

Major Refit Experience

Six major projects have taken us through planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, equipment selection, installation, troubleshooting, and execution.

Vessel Systems Knowledge

Our experience includes propulsion, electrical, mechanical, navigation, comfort, safety, and onboard systems, along with the work required to maintain them.

Ownership Cost Awareness

We help clients consider maintenance, repairs, dockage, insurance, storage, equipment replacement, improvements, and the complete financial picture.

Practical, Candid Guidance

Our recommendations are informed by real operating experience, ownership decisions, substantial projects, and lessons learned firsthand.

Command 365

A Better Way to Own a Boat.

On Demand. On the Water. 365 Days a Year.

That thinking led to Command365 — a support model designed around what boat owners actually need after the sale. It is built for the moments when a question, issue, or service need could otherwise interrupt your time on the water.

Instead of leaving owners to figure out who to call, what to check, or how to coordinate the next step, Command365 gives you a direct path to help. When you reach out, you get real response from people who understand boats, systems, service, and the urgency of keeping ownership simple.

The goal is not just to fix problems. It is to reduce uncertainty, coordinate clearly, and keep your ownership experience moving forward — so your boat stays ready, your time stays protected, and your confidence stays intact.

01

You call. We answer.

Real people. No handoffs. Immediate response.

02

We solve the problem.

We coordinate, troubleshoot, and take ownership until it's handled.

03

You stay on the water.

Less downtime. More time doing what you bought the boat for.
